IMPORTED CALLATHIA

Imported Calathea plants are tropical beauties admired for their stunning foliage, featuring intricate patterns, bold stripes, and a rich palette of greens, purples, and pinks. Native to the rainforests of South America, these ornamental plants are especially prized for their decorative leaves, which often move in response to light—folding up at night and reopening during the day, earning them the nickname “Prayer Plants.”

There are many popular Calathea varieties, including Calathea orbifolia (with large, silver-striped leaves), Calathea medallion (deep green leaves with purple undersides), and Calathea lancifolia (also known as Rattlesnake Plant).
