Monstera deliciosa

Monstera deliciosa, also called the Swiss Cheese Plant, is a tropical climbing plant admired for its iconic, deeply cut, and perforated leaves. Native to the rainforests of Central America, this bold and sculptural plant adds a vibrant, jungle-like feel to homes, offices, and interiors of all styles.

Its large, glossy leaves develop distinctive natural holes (fenestrations) as the plant matures — a unique trait that not only adds aesthetic appeal but also allows light to filter through, mimicking its natural habitat under the rainforest canopy. The plant can grow impressively tall when supported with a moss pole or trellis.
